However, before starting his career in the poker world, Kenney was an active player on Magic: The Gathering. His history with poker started only in 2007 when he was 21 years old. In the period in question, the newcomer to the sport had its first participation in the East Coast Poker Championship.

This entire trajectory culminated in his 2014 World Series of Poker victory. Participating in the $1,500 10-Game Mix Six Handed Event, Kenny was successful in winning his first WSOP bracelet along with the sum of $153,200.

In yet another historic feat under his belt, Kenney managed to beat 2015 World Series of Poker Main Event champion Joe McKeehen. The episode in question took place in the Caribbean Adventure $100,000 Super High Roller match on PokerStars, where Kenney faced McKeehen heads-up and managed to claim the title along with the jackpot of $1,687,800.

But the player's story contains many unbelievable feats, like the runner-up in the Triton Million for Charity Event. Here, Kenney was eventually defeated by Aaron Zang in the £1,050,000 No-Limit Hold'em event. However, even taking the runner-up, Kenney would receive the largest single amount of any live poker event at £16,890,509. Zang also made history, pocketing the biggest single payout in poker history at £19,000,000. However, the situation of the deal between both players culminated in a prize split, where in the deal, Kenney would receive £16,890,509, while Zang would receive £13,779,491 plus the tournament title.

In addition to these achievements, Kenney ranks fourth on the Global Poker Index and first on the Hendon Mob All-Time Money List. In his profits, Kenney already exceeds the amount of US$ 55 million.

MILLIONAIRE CHALLENGE

Recently, Bryn Kenney proposed a millionaire challenge to player Phil Hellmuth, where the duel would be US$ 1 million and that if he won himself, he would donate all the money obtained to charities. In one post, Kenney reported: "What’s all this white magic and apexpredator sh*t I’m hearing @Phil_hellmuth. We know who is king of the hill, but if you want your shot at the top let’s put up a million each and give the people what they want."

However, Hellmuth did not respond to the ace and this caused other players to make several comments. One of them was Butch Boyd, who owns three WSOP bracelets and argued that: "Well... let's see. @Phil_hellmuth: 15 , @BrynKenney: 1. This is how the world scores poker. It doesn't really matter if you've won more or if the top thousand guys in the game think you are better.
@WSOP bracelet count IS the hill. And Phil is the king and it's not even close."

After Boyd's comment, Hellmuth decided to take a stand and thanked Boyd, saying: “Thank you for taking a stand for me, Boyd. I appreciate it. Some players want to take credit for everything I've accomplished. I conquered the right to be called the Best Of All Time in today's poker tournaments. I'm not saying I'm the best right now (but I want to try to earn that spot), and I'm not even saying I'll be the best in 2030."

Through Hellmuth's comment, Kenney needled the player saying, "Here's your chance to get the job then." But again Hellmuth did not respond to the ace.

Kenney later came back to comment on Hellmuth and said, "Fine since people think I’m here for myself or to prove something, if @phil_hellmuth accepts the 1m$ challenge I’ll donate 100% of the win to charity, 10k to 100 different places I feel are helping the world. Bang bang"
